Cornelia Franz, MD is the founder and owner of the Franz Center in Orlando, Fla. She drops by The RSB Show to discuss her journey into natural medicine and homeopathy and why it should be a first resort, not a last. We’ll talk about her interaction with patients regarding vaccines and antibiotics as well. Should you trust your doctor or your gut? Maybe your doctor should trust your gut! Dr. Franz was raised in Asheville, NC and attended Wake Forest University as an undergraduate. She received her MD from Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. Pediatric Internship was in Lexington, Kentucky. Residency in pediatrics was at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fla. at the Franz Center Orlando (407) 857-8860 University of Florida. After residency she did a fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She has been in pediatric practice in Orlando since 1985. Patients are admitted to Arnold Hospital for Children and Women. The Franz Center is a pediatric practice specializing in Integrative Medicine, Homeopathy and Chinese Medicine. We also recommend and refer to massage therapists, craniosacral therapists, and practitioners in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The Orlando Sentinel Seminar To Address Homeopathy For Kids March 27, 1994

WINTER PARK – Taylors Pharmacy will sponsor a free seminar April 6 for parents interested in learning more about the role homeopathy, nutrition and herbs can play in the treatment of childhood illnesses.The seminar will be from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Winter Park Country Club. Dr. Cornelia Franz from Pineloch Pediatrics will be the guest speaker. Franz began using homeopathy on her own children when they suffered from recurrent sinus infections.Homeopathy is an alternative form of medical practice that uses natural ingredients and methods to treat illnesses.
