Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling Charges are calculated real time based on your shipping address.

The processing time through our facility for all orders is 1-4 business days. If all items are available, orders usually are shipped the next business day. Delivery time within the United States and depending on your location is 4-7 business days, and 10-15 business days internationally.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, weather conditions, or any other natural occurrences including transfers from USPS/UPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. We also do not cover any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your local postal carrier for more information on customs charges.

The Franz Center orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Holidays may also affect delivery time.

Back Orders

We make every effort to have the product you need in stock at the time of your order. However, there are times we are back ordered and will ship once we have the items in stock.

Local Pickup

We do have local pickup available. You can order online and in the note section write local pickup. These orders are available within 24 hours at the office location for pickup. Signature is required at the time of pickup to verify order was received. The office is open Mon-Fri 800-430 for pickup. Any orders not picked up within 5 business days are restocked and 25% restocking fee applied. Any questions please contact orders@thefranzcenter.com.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your package once it arrives for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately by emailing us the photos and details at orders@thefrancenter.com The courier (USPS,UPS, or FedEX) will require a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. The Franz Center will send a replacement of damaged products to accommodate the client.

Refunds

Once your order has been placed, we do not issue refunds. If there is a concern with a product you have received, please contact us on our email at orders@thefranzcenter.com.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement as long as it has not been shipped out. Once it is shipped, it no longer able to be cancelled. Please email orders@thefranzcenter.com for any concerns.

Refusal of Shipment

If any shipment is returned due to delivery refusal, or if the shipment is undeliverable, a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs will be applied to client’s account. New shipping charges will be incurred to re-send the shipment. Subsequent shipments will be held until the client’s account balance is cleared.

All orders may be paid by VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER.
