We do not accept returns or offer refunds for homeopathic remedies or teas. These products are sensitive in nature and cannot be resold once shipped.

Books are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or were sent in error.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation. To report an issue, please email us at tellus@thefranzcenter.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
