Parenting Series: Your IDENTITY as a Parent

YOUR identity as a Parent is going to change the way you look at yourself! We all have “ an identity” that has been built on past experience and repetitive thoughts that we adopt and absorb as “who we are.” So many feel inadequate as parents, because our identity has informed the way we approach new situations that are unfamiliar/ unknown. We do not want to repeat the things our parents did. We must turn the light on our subconscious to understand our past choices, and then educate and empower ourselves with NEW information and practices that make us WHO WE WANT TO BE. This class will be so empowering and beneficial!
